The girl who travelled in stories

After many years, I went up the stairs of an old library. I breathed the scent of old paper. I got lost into the labyrinths of a book alley. My heart pumped and my feet fluttered with joy. I saw books, I dreamt of images,of a new world, I tip-toed around, touching the musk scented pages and immersing myself in their fragrance like a child plays around puddles.

I found some joy, again, which is there to stay...

  3. Thought for the day:

If your nose runs and your feet smell, are you suffering from opposite's syndrome? :-)

And I could've sworn that the women behind the rainbow is you!

  11. aaaaah books...there is something tangible about the feelings they invoke in me
All I have to do is close my eyes and I am back in the old terrace room of my granparents' house, filled with endless cartons of old books, I can smell their musty smell and feel there smooth crunchy pages sliding between my finger...
